Refund & Return Policy
Our AZ-Smokes.net, goal is to provide all our customers with genuine cigarettes and professional customer care service.
In case you are not satisfied with the product you received, please, let us know within 7 business days of its receipt and we’ll reship you the item or refund it.
Our store comes with two options: we can either replace the purchase or offer you a refund in the full amount of the order.
We kindly ask you to e-mail us at support@az-smokes.netbefore you decide to return the purchase for any reason.
Note, the refund of your money on returned purchase will be credited back using the same payment method as used at the moment of ordering.
If for some reason you change your mind regarding the order placed in our store, we cannot accept the return of the item.
We cannot refund the shipping fees, if the return of your package is due to an error occurred on our side.
Our store guarantees the reshipment of the item(s) or a total refund in case your merchandise is not shipped within 30 days from the delivery date.
If our customers place orders by mistake, choose wrong brand, enter different shipping address or make any other errors, we don’t take responsibility for these issues.
Delivery Policy
As soon as your order is placed and processed, it will be shipped within 24 hours by Registered Mail.
Even if it is not obligatory to sign for your package upon delivery, the carrier makes the decision whether to require for a signature. This depends on such circumstances as location, weather location and other considerations. In case you were not home when the notice was left, please make acquainted with its content regarding the package’s pick up.
Please, note that your address, our address and the information related to the content for the Postal Authorities will be the only notes written on your package.
Delivery Time Frame
Our delivery time frame is 2- 4 weeks (usually 15 business days)..
In very rare cases your package may arrive with delay due to uncontrolled circumstances. However, if your parcel doesn’t arrive in time, we kindly ask you to let us know and we will promptly initiate tracking procedures on our part. It may take by 10 days to investigate the location of your parcel and if you still don’t receive it, we’ll arrange a reshipment or refund you the money for the non-delivered cigarettes.
Please, note sometimes a signature may be required on your part, once the parcel arrives to your place. Only the delivery worker can decide if the signature is really needed, depending on such circumstances as weather conditions or other reasons. In case you were not home when the notice was left, please make acquainted with its content regarding the package’s pick up.
We ship orders in separate packages in order to avoid seizures at customs. Be sure, once you receive the first parcel, the others will reach you shortly.
Delivery Cost
Our store aims to help customers save their money on shipping. Our shipping & handling fee is $9.00 per carton.

Note, due to such circumstances as customs processing or weather conditions, the arrival of your purchase may be delayed for a short period of time. Thus, you should check with your local Post Office if the parcel is not kept there.
